Weekend Smeakend..
Whoa Nelly! Whatta weekend There was so much to do that I’m still not sure exactly what happened.
I’ll try to recap it all for you.
3 baseball games, 1 bruised sternum, a Weird Al concert date night with my favorite blonde cutie (THANK YOU TIM!). An afternoon appearance with a bunch of snotty crotch-punching rich kids. A rain delay complete with my own version of “Singing in the Rain”. Antique shopping with a toddler (BIG MISTAKE, I suggest that you don’t try this at all!)
All in all it was a busy, but great weekend. It was good to see Cheryl and PJ come out for a visit. First time in almost 3 years. Wish you could have stayed longer. Thanks for all the help in the house. I can walk through my living room now. Now come back soon so I can get some painting done (JUST KIDDING)
A huge thanks to MG and FMB for being flexible in their schedules. You two truly showed what it means to “Have my back!”.
Last, but not least. Today is my dad’s birthday. That’s right. He’s now 54 and still thinks that he can kick my butt. LOL.. Just messing with you dad. I hope you had a great day today. Make sure you find a way to wish him a happy birthday! That’s right, I’m talking to you!
